~*Payment*~
I accept payment through Paypal, Money Orders and cheques. Please ensure that your payment(if through paypal) is received within three business days of the sale or I will have to re-list the item. (Sadly our Time Machine cannot provide futuristic payment options such as paying in the future, and sending it to the 'now')
All Jewelry will be shipped within 3 days after cheques/payments are cleared - not before.
*Sale and Discount Policy*
Only one discount is accepted per item. You cannot use two different discount or coupon codes for the same item. Only one can apply.
Please follow rules of coupons and discounts, such as 'earring sales', 'bracelet sales', etc.
If you have any confusion or questions, please feel free to contact me. I will do whatever I can to make things easier!
~*Shipping*~
I ship products within 3 days of receiving payment. A message will be sent to you on the day your item is shipped. Please give your purchase 7 to 10 business days to arrive! For a higher fee, you can request faster shipping.
If you have requested and paid for a custom order, or a 'made to order' piece, I will quote you with the time required to create the piece. Custom Orders and 'made to orders' are exempt from the '3 day shipping' policy. However once the finished design has been approved by you - it will be shipped within 3 days. Please give 7 - 10 days to arrive.
For Holiday Shipping, please purchase your items in advance. Items can be shipped in order to arrive in 3 days for the Holidays for a small extra charge, but you must convo me to make arrangements.
~*Refunds and Exchanges*~
REFUNDS: If you are not happy upon receiving your jewelry items can be refunded (minus shipping cost and Etsy fee) within 30 days. Half the cost will be refunded prior to shipping, and the full amount will be refunded upon receiving the item you are unhappy with.
EXCHANGES: and adjustments can also be made. Broken jewelry can be returned to be fixed or replaced free of charge within one week of receiving the jewelry. Replacements can be made at the same value of the broken or unwanted jewelry.
OOAK Necklaces can be repaired for free, as long as you keep all of the broken and disconnected pieces. Mail the necklace to me, and I'll be happy to repair it for you.

Custom Designs can be ordered in various ways to meet your needs.
Order By Cost: Tell me the limit you are willing to spend and what it is you would like made and I will work within the boundaries to come up with the finest piece for your budget.
Order By Color: Like something you see but want it in a different color? Many pieces can be designed by color, but each piece of jewelry is unique so convo me to see if it can be done.
